Ingredients

1 cup strawberries

1 green pear

1 banana

1 cup plain yogurt

 

Wash and peel fruit.  In the case of strawberries, remove the tail.  Then, blend, for a moment, fruit with yogurt.  Combine with yeast. Drink this juice every other day.

 

Smoothie # 2

Ingredients

2 / 3 cup milk

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 scoop vanilla ice cream (can substitute 1 / 2 teaspoon vanilla extract)

10  almonds

Place all ingredients in blender. Process until a homogeneous mixture  Serve and drink a glass every other day.  The vitamins B and E of the almond is a good tonic for the nerves.

 

Soothing lavender tea

Ingredients

2 lemon leaves

Lavender leaves 2

1 chamomile leaves

1 passionflower leaves

Shred finely each of the herbs.  Place in a cup of boiling water.  Cover and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Strain and drink a cup, preferably hot day.
