Migraine is a clinically recognized condition that strikes between 8% and 20% of the world where women are more affected by factors such as heredity, stress, hormonal changes, exhaustion, anger, etc.

1 apple

1 large pear

Wash all ingredients. Boil the beets and then chop.  Chop the apple and pear. Blend all ingredients until lumps disappear. Strain, serve and drink a glass a day for breakfast 2 times each week.

 

2) Healing juice

 

This juice normalizes the nervous system and improves migraine, due to its high content of vitamin A, B, C, D, E and K.  It is also rich in calcium, sodium, potassium, silicon and stimulates digestion.

Ingredients

1 / 2 cucumber

3 carrots

5 sprigs parsley

2 leaves of spinach

Wash and chop ingredients.  Place in a blender and process for a few minutes. Strain (if desired) and drink a glass daily to feel better. It is recommended to chew two pieces of feverfew daily for best results.

 

3) Healing juice

This juice acts as natural painkillers and sedatives, helping to relieve headaches, neuralgia, and migraine.

Ingredients

1 / 2 red pepper

1 / 4 chopped turnip

1 cup carrot juice

Wash and chop ingredients.  Place in a blender and blend briefly. Strain and take 1 cup per day, if necessary.

 

4) Healing juice for

Ingredients:

300 g cabbage

100 gr celery

Wash ingredients, blend and drink once a day fasting. For 10 days, half an hour before breakfast.
