1) Healing juice
Ingredients
5 large strawberries
6 ounces tofu
Pass the strawberries through the juicer. Put juice and tofu in processor and blend until smooth. Garnish with a strawberry. Take daily a glass of this juice which is ideal to avoid the heat or hot flashes of menopause.
2) Healing juice

Ingredients
1 bunch spinach
2 stalks celery
1 large tomato
1 small bunch parsley
4 carrots, greens
Wash all ingredients. Then, cut and chop the celery, tomatoes and carrots. Shred the spinach and parsley. Place all ingredients in blender along with a glass of water. Blend briefly. Drink a glass every day.

2 tablespoons sunflower seeds

2 guavas
2 oranges

10 seedless grapes
4 strawberries
Wash and disinfect all ingredients. Squeeze the juice from the oranges. Blend the guava along with the strawberries. Going through the juicer pineapple, pears and grapes. Mix the three juices and take away. Drinking this juice a week and rest one.

2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
1 cup nonfat yogurt natural
