4) Healing juice

Ingredients

2 tablespoons bean sprouts

125 g cauliflower

1 cup carrot juice

Blend ingredients well at high speed. Strain and drink at the time.

Promotes sleep, fighting insomnia, fatigue, depression and irritability. Decreases stress and anxiety.

Drink 1 glass a day, if necessary.

 

Natural  home remedies

1 cup almonds

2 bananas
