CONSTIPATION

 

If a person has a decrease in bowel movements or hardening of the remains that are eliminated by the body in the process of digestion and metabolism of food, can be considered to suffer from constipation.  

  

 

Among the most common causes of constipation are:

  • Sedentary lifestyle
  • Lack of exercise
  • Poor nutrition (low fiber)
  • Pregnancy
  • Not drinking enough water

JUICETHERAPY FOR CONSTIPATION

 

1) Healing juice

Ingredients

7 bunch of broccoli

7 small bunch spinach

7 Pumpkin

2 carrots

2) Healing juice

Ingredients

3 / 4 cup blackberries

2 peaches

Wash and chop the peaches.  Place in blender along with the blackberries. Blend until everything is combined.  Drink a glass of this juice every day especially before bedtime.

3) Healing juice

This juice is adequate to prevent constipation in children, because it is rich in fiber and  very smooth.

Ingredients

1 / 2 bulb

1 / 2 apple

Crushed pineapple 1 slice

1 cup water

Wash and chop the pear, apple and pineapple.  Place in food processor. Blend with water and serve smooth.   Take 1 cup three times a week.

4) Healing juice

Ingredients:

50 g of sweet almond or almond milk

225 gr spinach

Wash spinach and place in blender with the almonds.  Whisk briefly and  taken once a day fasting.

 

Natural remedies

Natural Remedy # 1 Dissolve 1 teaspoon of yeast in a glass of milk

Natural Remedy # 2 Mix 1 tablespoon yogurt Linaza in which can be consumed at any time of day.

Recommendations

Increase fiber intake (Fruit: apples, peaches, nectarines, raspberries, vegetables, squash, broccoli, brussels sprouts, raw spinach, zucchini, cauliflower, carrots, bread, cereals and grains, peas, beans, beans, whole grain cereals, breads) .
